The confirmed-block scanner and mempool worker save owned outputs and spending observations. Pending, Not seen, Recorded and Orphaned describe incoming evidence; outgoing Transfers have separate payment details. These observations are not proof of current spendability.

Account and Address balances compare saved outputs, spending evidence, reservations and the current node. A balance is unavailable when verification fails; it is not silently presented as zero. Current read limits bound the supported workload.

Select and reserve the account's own outputs, review destinations and a fee limit, sign locally and retain the same signed bytes for retry. API requests require the Transfer Key and Idempotency-Key.

Capture notifications with receipt observations, retry durable work and fence acknowledgements by reorg revision. A separate HTTP worker delivers callbacks; the protected Callback Log shows actual attempts. Delivery is at least once, not a final-settlement guarantee.

Payment-flow review
The reviewed capacity and recovery defects and agreed architecture changes are complete. The acceptance pass exercised Transfers, Callbacks, reorgs, worker restarts and restore on disposable regtest nodes. Old test expectations found in the full runs were corrected and their affected modules rerun, not a second full suite. Processing budgets remain; live mainnet acceptance and deployment are not complete.

Invoices and checkout
Add order-linked payment requests, expiry and customer checkout after the current payment flow is hardened. Invoice screens are previews, not active payment requests.
Forwarding and more API products
Auto Transfer, Simple Forwarding, Wallet API and JWT Authorization are not implemented in this branch. Exchange Rate API remains deliberately deferred.
Then integrations
Widgets and store plugins
Turn the public checkout layouts into working integrations once the payment API is ready. No release dates or platform support commitments are implied.
