Identify the controller

Before launch, the actual organization deciding how personal data is used must be named, together with contact details and any applicable representative or data-protection contact. Coinkun has not published those details in this development version.

Explain the processing

The reviewed notice needs to identify data categories, purposes, legal bases, recipients and retention periods. It also needs to describe relevant international transfers. The development inventory is a starting point, not a completed legal assessment.

Understand your rights

Where the GDPR applies, individuals have rights concerning information and access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and certain automated decisions. Their scope depends on the circumstances and legal conditions. Requests do not automatically require the deletion of every record.

Build a usable request process

A verified contact channel, identity-verification approach and request-handling procedure must be established before launch. This site does not currently accept privacy requests or identity documents through a form. The applicable supervisory authority also depends on the operating context.

Check the real deployment

Legal and operational review is needed for the intended jurisdictions before publishing final terms or processing customer data.

• Define retention, backup and deletion procedures.
• Assess cookies and tracking against the actual deployed interface.
• Document security and incident-handling responsibilities.
