Pricing questions
How are fees applied?
Service and network fees are added to regular payouts by default. With Subtract from amount, both fees reduce the recipients' amounts proportionally. Instant and Threshold deduct both fees from the payment. Recurring adds fees on top, except for a 100% sweep. Review the total before confirming. Each accepted payment keeps its approved fees.
What about small payments?
Payments strictly below the listed gross-amount threshold have no service fee. At or above it, the full tariff applies. Percentage fees round up to the currency's smallest unit. A fixed fee can exceed a small payment.
What does the network fee cover?
Network fees pay for on-chain transactions, separate from service fees. Instant Auto Transfer deducts its network and service fees from the receipt it forwards.
