A few things to help you read a Bitcoin payment.
The payment lifecycle01Where do I find a transaction ID?
Open the payment in your wallet and copy its transaction ID, also called a txid. It is a 64-character reference. Paste it into the search above to open a page you can bookmark or share.
02What do confirmations mean?
An unconfirmed transaction is waiting to be included in a block. Each new block after that adds another confirmation. The recipient decides how many confirmations to require.
03Why are there several outputs?
A transaction can pay several addresses, including change returned to the sender. Compare the receiving address and amount with the payment you expected.
